General warranty conditions<\/h1>\n\n
  1. Hypersens Sp. z o. o. based in Toru\u0144, hereinafter referred to as the Manufacturer, ensures that the devices manufactured by it meet the currently applicable quality and safety standards and are compliant with current legal regulations.<\/li>\n\n
  2. The manufacturer provides a warranty for the device and its components installed in the device and listed in the documentation.<\/li>\n\n
  3. The manufacturer guarantees the quality of the device for a period of 12 months from the date of sale.<\/li>\n\n
  4. Defects discovered during use of the device will be removed at the expense of the Manufacturer.<\/li>\n\n
  5. The warranty does not cover maintenance and inspections of the device related to its use.<\/li>\n\n

    2. uszkodze\u0144 powsta\u0142ych w wyniku niew\u0142a\u015bciwego monta\u017cu i uruchomienia urz\u0105dzenia przez nabywc\u0119,<\/li>\n\n
    3. uszkodze\u0144 powsta\u0142ych w wyniku niew\u0142a\u015bciwego u\u017cytkowania urz\u0105dzenia, u\u017cywania urz\u0105dzenia niezgodnie z instrukcj\u0105 obs\u0142ugi wzgl\u0119dnie niezgodnie z zasadami bezpiecze\u0144stwa,<\/li>\n\n
    4. uszkodze\u0144 powsta\u0142ych w niestabilnej pracy sieci energetycznej,<\/li>\n\n
    5. uszkodze\u0144 powsta\u0142ych w wyniku u\u017cytkowania urz\u0105dzenia (dotyczy sond hydrostatycznych oraz przetwornik\u00f3w ci\u015bnienia) w warunkach na kt\u00f3re produkt nie jest odporny.     6. uszkodze\u0144 b\u0119d\u0105cych wynikiem zdarze\u0144 losowych, min tj:

      2. uderzenie pioruna<\/li>\n\n
      3. wybuch<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li>\n\n
      4. The warranty does not cover devices in which alterations, modifications, changes or repairs have been made by persons other than the Manufacturer.<\/li>\n\n
      5. The warranty does not cover claims regarding the technical parameters of the device if they are consistent with the parameters specified in the device documentation.<\/li>\n\n
      6. The manufacturer is not liable under this warranty if it is impossible to perform the repair due to the introduction of new legal standards or unforeseen circumstances that prevent it from being carried out.<\/li>\n\n
      7. The manufacturer is not liable under this agreement in the event of import\/export restrictions imposed on spare parts of the device.<\/li>\n\n
      8. The rights arising from this warranty may be exercised by the purchaser who, at the time of requesting the warranty service:

        3. Warranty repairs are carried out at the manufacturer's headquarters.<\/li>\n\n
        4. The purchaser of the device is obliged to send the defective device to the place of repair, together with an indication of any defects in its operation or damage resulting from proper use. The cost of shipping the device within the Republic of Poland is borne by the Manufacturer.<\/li>\n\n
        5. Any damage resulting from transporting the defective device to the Manufacturer's headquarters is not covered by the warranty and is the responsibility of the Purchaser. The manufacturer is not responsible for the loss of the device during transport.<\/li>\n\n
        6. A defective device sent to the Manufacturer for warranty repair must meet basic hygiene conditions. All activities undertaken by the Manufacturer and related to cleaning the device will be carried out for a fee, the payment of which will determine the warranty repair.<\/li>\n\n
        7. The warranty repair will be carried out within a period no longer than 21 days from the date of receipt of the defective device by the Manufacturer. This deadline may be extended, but this requires prior arrangement with the Buyer.<\/li>\n\n
        8. Wymiana urz\u0105dzenia na nowe mo\u017cliwe b\u0119dzie w przypadku:
          1. Dwukrotnego zg\u0142oszenia wady urz\u0105dzenia przez Nabywc\u0119,<\/li>\n\n
          2. Wycofania modelu z produkcji (w tym przypadku Producent wymieni urz\u0105dzenie na inne o parametrach zbli\u017conych do urz\u0105dzenia wymienianego).<\/li><\/ol><\/li>\n\n
          3. The replaced device or its components subject to replacement under warranty service become the property of the Manufacturer.<\/li>\n\n
          4. The Buyer's rights under the warranty do not include claims for compensation for benefits lost due to device failure.<\/li>\n\n
          5. The manufacturer is not liable for any health damage resulting from improper installation or use of the device.<\/li>\n\n
          6. In matters not regulated in this document, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.<\/li><\/ol><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
